What to expect:

I am interested in you, what you want help with, your life story, interests and ways of living, what stresses you, what you love to do. How we each respond to life stresses, challenges and illness and the ways we strive to regain balance are unique to us.

To build up an in-depth picture of your health I’ll encourage you to describe what’s happening as fully as you can. The symptoms you have and how you experience them are all important. So I really want to understand how you are.

What happens next ?
After that my job is to find the remedy that best matches how you are. It’s like being a detective, homeopathy is an art and a science, it involves constant exploring, studying and research to find what can help you. There are around 8,000 remedies available to use so far.

Your remedy:
I will either post that to you with instructions on what dosage to take, or I will send you details of what to order and where from.

Follow-up appointments
Arranged for between three and six weeks intervals.
We’ll look at how you have responded to that remedy, to see what has changed, what has improved or feels worse or might be the same. We’ll reflect on any changes and shifts. Then the homeopathic remedy might be repeated, altered or changed to a new one. If things are moving well and resolving I might suggest waiting longer until the changes have slowed or finished.

I advise looking at 3-6 months of appointments to begin with. As you start to feel better and you move towards greater health we can space the appointments at longer intervals, every 2-3 months, 6 months, to arranging say a yearly check in.

My aim is to support you in moving towards greater balance, freedomw, vitality and health.
